1. Introduction
Case Clicker Revival ("we", "our", "us") is developed by PawlicaWeb. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Case Clicker Revival (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Nickname — a display name you choose (3–18 characters), filtered for inappropriate content
- Avatar — a selected avatar image from a predefined set
- Chat messages — text messages sent to other players (up to 120 characters each)
- Trade offers — virtual item trade proposals you create or accept
- Marketplace offers — public offers you post on the in-game marketplace
- Reports — reports you submit about other players' messages or offers
- Custom case names — names you give to custom cases you create
2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you use the Cloud Save feature:
- Game progress (rank, experience, in-game currency balance)
- Equipment inventory (virtual items, their properties and conditions)
- Game settings and preferences (sound, UI scale, language)
- Tutorial completion state
- Arcade and mini-game progress
- Achievement and upgrade progress
2.3 Information Synced to Our Servers
When you use online features, the following data is stored on our servers (powered by Supabase):
- Authentication — a unique user ID, authentication method (anonymous or via Apple Game Center / Google Play Games)
- Profile — nickname, avatar, rank, inventory value, last online timestamp
- Cloud Saves — a snapshot of your game state (when you manually save)
- Social data — friend connections, trade history, marketplace offers, chat messages
- Daily drops — participation records and ticket usage
- Promo codes — redemption records
- Leaderboard scores — gameplay scores submitted to platform leaderboards
- Custom cases — cases you create and optionally share with others
2.4 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information — device type, operating system version, app version
- Gameplay analytics — aggregated usage data including session information, feature usage, progression milestones, monetization events, and engagement metrics. We track categories of gameplay activity, not the specific content of your actions.
- Crash and error reports — stack traces, error messages, and device context to help us fix bugs
- Push notification tokens — device tokens used to deliver notifications about trades, friend requests, and chat messages
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service — enable online features like trading, chat, friends, marketplace, leaderboards, and cloud saves
- Process purchases — facilitate in-app purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat
- Send notifications — notify you about trades, friend requests, chat messages, and game events
- Improve the App — analyze gameplay analytics to understand how players use the App and identify areas for improvement
- Fix issues — use crash reports and error data to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Moderate content — review reported messages and offers to maintain a safe community
- Serve advertisements — display rewarded and interstitial ads through Google AdMob

5. Data Storage and Security
- Local data is stored on your device using MMKV encrypted storage. This data never leaves your device unless you use Cloud Save.
- Server data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Local data — persists on your device until you uninstall the App or reset your game progress.
- Server data — retained while you have an active account. You may request deletion at any time.
- Analytics data — retained for up to 14 months (Firebase Analytics default).
- Crash reports — retained for up to 90 days (Sentry).
- Purchase records — managed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their retention policies.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at kontakt@pawlicaweb.pl and we will promptly delete that information.
8. Your Privacy Rights
European Economic Area (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
Our legal basis for processing your data is: legitimate interest (to provide and improve the service), contract performance (to deliver the features you use), and consent (for personalized advertising, where applicable).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know — request information about the categories of personal data we collect and how it is used
- Delete — request deletion of your personal data
- Opt-out — opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense, but ad-related data sharing may qualify under CCPA's broad definition.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kontakt@pawlicaweb.pl. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
